8 Tips to Get You Started

These are great tips & tricks to commonly asked questions regardless of what type of adventure you’re doing aboard Upper Left.

Showers

We have 2 showers. Conserve water. Turn it off when scrubbin’ your giblets and back on to rinse

Bio Breaks

“If it didn’t go in your mouth, it doesn’t do down the head.” Yep, that’s right. All your TP goes in a bag

Safety

Life jackets are recommended above deck and mandatory out of the cockpit. We’ll conduct a daily safety briefing

Electricity

The boat is powered by batteries. Conserve power. Turn off lights, close fridge quickly, etc…

Clothing

Wear non-scuffing tennis shoes. Plan to layer clothing throughout the day as the temp changes frequently

Water

Conserve it! Don’t run faucets like you’re at home, reduce dish water. Once it’s gone…

Just Ask

The Puget Sound has remarkable cell coverage. We also have Starling internet service ensuring constant connectivity when desired
